Low tension units w/o built-in temperature recorder

Pictured above are low tension heath treatment units. The equipment performs preheating and subsequent heat treatment of welded joints (pipelines, tanks, oiltanks, fittings, adapters, elbows, etc.) of any kind and size.
The use of such units stems from the following assessments: strains that may be originated in a struc-ture during welding may provoke its breakage if not controlled.Preheating avoids the formation of critical crystalline structures by reducing the structure porosity.
The subsequent heat treatment eliminates all inner tensions deriving from the different cooling rate of contiguous structures.
Such units are manufactured of AISI304 stainless steel frames. They are accurately finished, compactly built, easily transportable, reliable and longlasting even under heavy duty conditions.They are particularly suitable for use in workshops, industrial building or shipyards.Their operation is fully automatic.
